cannotoverridethevaluebutcanextendtheleaseto
anyvalueuptothevaluesetbytheadministrator.
Iftheadministratorchangesthevalueaftertheinitialsetting,theusercan
extendaleasetotheoriginalmaximumvalue.Oncetheuseraltersthelease
time,theleasechoices
resetuptothelatestvaluedeterminedbythe
administrator.
dSpecifyatimetodeletethetemplate(ormarkitfordeletion).Thedefault
optionformarkingorpermanentdeletionispresetbyanadministrator.
