TheLab ManagerSupportLinkfeaturesendsusagedatatoVMwareforimproved
productsupport.VMwaredoesnotsharethisdatawithotherorganizationsortrace
anydatabacktoindividualusers.DuringtheLab Managerinstallationand
initializationprocess,theadministratorinitiallyindicateswhethertoenable
SupportLink.
WiththeaidofSupportLinkinformation,
VMwarecanprovideindividualizedemail
supportwithguaranteed24‐hourresponsetime.Customerswhodeactivate
SupportLinkstillhaveaccesstotheWeb‐basedsupportforum.
