asystemwideleasetime,auserwithout
administratorprivilegescannotoverridethevaluebutcanextendtheleaseto
anyvalueuptothevaluesetbytheadministrator.
Iftheadministratorchangesthevalueaftertheinitialsetting,theusercan
extendaleasetotheoriginalmaximumvalue.
Oncetheuseraltersthelease
time,theleasechoicesresetuptothelatestvaluedeterminedbythe
administrator.
