Change the Number of Tasks Displayed in the Task List
AfterusingConverterforalengthoftime,thenumberoftasksarchivedcangrowtobeverylarge.To
minimizeclutterinthetasklistyoucanlowerthenumberoftasksthatappear.
Tasksinprogressandtasksinqueuetorunarenotaffectedbythisselection.They
arealw aysdisplayedinthe
tasklist.
To limit the number of archived tasks displayed in the Task View
1Onthemainmenu,chooseView>TasksDisplayed.
2 Choosealevelofdisplay,usingtheTasksDisplayeddrop‐downmenu,andclickOK.

Change Which Tasks Are Displayed in the Task List
Youcanfiltertasksinthetasklistbystatus.
To filter the tasks displayed in the Task View
1 ChoosetheFilterBydrop‐downmenuinthetoolbar.
2 Chooseatasktype.
Youcanselectmorethanonestatustofilterby.Inthiscase,thedrop‐downmenudisplays<Multiple>.
Ifyoualreadylimitedthenumberoftasksdisplayed,
anyfilteryouchooseisappliedontopofthatsubset
oftasks.
