Install SQL Server Reporting Services
In a three-tier installation configuration, for the Web server to generate VCM reports, install SQL Server
Reporting Services (SSRS).
Prerequisites
n
Back up your SSRS key. See "Back Up Your SSRS Key" on page 102.
n
Disable the Internet Explorer Protected Mode. See "Disable IE Protected Mode for SSRS" on page 102.
n
Obtain the SQL Server 2008 R2 Enterprise or Standard edition installation disk or verify access to a file
share where the installer resides.
Procedure
1. Start the SQLServer 2008 R2 installation.
2. Perform the actions to install SQL Server Reporting Services.
