Note:
▪ Sensor diagnosis targets the power-on machine where HW failure occurred.
Therefore, you cannot obtain an accurate result if you execute sensor diagnosis for the
power-off machine.
▪ When you executes sensor diagnosis for the machine which the OOB Management is
not enabled, sensor diagnosis sets faulted status and ends normally.
▪ The criteria of severity of sensor status are independent from event categories.
Therefore, sensor diagnosis may judge the machine is normal even when "Machine
status / Set faulted status by sensor diagnosis" policy action is set for the events
classified into failure category.
The following table shows the relationship among the type of triggered event, the
connection status and the machine status when the triggered event happens, and the
result of action in detail.
