2. Run the downloaded SQLEXPR.EXE and proceed with the setup according to
the instructions on the screen.
3. The Instance Configuration dialog box appears. Select Named instance,
and enter SSCCMDB in the text box.
4. Server Configuration dialog box appears. Select NT
AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE for the account name of SQL Server
Database Engine service.
