Method
If the size of a log file exceeds the maximum size, the log file is backed up by
renaming it "filename.log.1" (except for pvmutl.log, ssc.log, rm_pfmAPI.log).
Just one backup file, "filename.log.1", is created as a general rule, but more
than one backup files are created for some log files.
Supplement
▪ You can check the log files with Text Editor.
▪ You can change the maximum output size from the Management tree -
Environment Setting icon - Log tab - The Maximum Output Size box. Some
log files' sizes could be twofold of the value of The Maximum Output Size
box.
(The size of rm_pfmAPI.log is fixed to 1 MB.)
