SecurID support is built into VMware Horizon View, providing a simple
activation process. Users accessing a SecurID-protected View environment
will be initially authenticated with a SecurID passphrase, followed by
normal authentication against Active Directory. In a typical deployment,
one or more View Connection servers will be configured with SecurID for
secure access from external or public networks, with other Connection
servers accessed within the local network retaining Active Directory-only
authentication.

the View environment.
