requests.
Verify vCenter Integration Status
BRCD6740-RB21# show vnetwork vcenter status
vCenter Start Elapsed (sec) Status
------------------------------------------------------------------
production 2014-03-09 06:12:43 17 In progress
In progress indicates discovery is taking place.
Success will show when it is complete.
Note: Allow at least 30 seconds for the vCenter discovery to complete
and show as “Success.”
Discovery timer interval
By default, Network Operating System (NOS) queries the vCenter updates
every three minutes. NOS detects changes and automatically
reconfigures the Ethernet Fabric during the next periodic rediscovery
attempt. Detectible changes include any modification to virtual assets,
such as adding or deleting virtual machines (VMs), or changing VLANs.
Use the vcenter MYVC interval command to manually change the default
timer interval value to suit the individual environment needs.
BRCD6740(config)# vcenter MYVC interval ?
Possible completions:
<NUMBER:0-1440> Timer Interval in Minutes (default = 3)
Note: Best practice is to keep the discovery timer interval value at
default.
User-triggered vCenter discovery
Use the vnetwork vcenter command to manually trigger a vCenter
discovery.
BRCD6740# vnetwork vcenter MYVC discover
