To send an archived report over email
1IntheReportstab,clickArchivedReports.
Atablelistingallthearchivedreportsisdisplayed.
2 Selectthereportthatyouwanttoemail.
3Clickthemailicon.
TheEmailReportscreenisdisplayed.
4Enter
thefollowingdetails:
To:Theemailaddressoftherecipients.Theemailaddressesshouldbeseparatedbycommas.
Subject:Asubjectfortheemail.
Body:Thebodytextfortheemail.
5ClickSend.
Thereportisattachedtotheemailandsenttothemarkedrecipients.
Delete Archived Report
Youcanclearthearchivebydeletingunwantedreports.
To delete an archived report
1IntheReportstab,clickArchivedReports.
Atablelistingallthearchivedreportsisdisplayed.
2 Selectthearchivedreportthatyouwanttodelete.
3Clickthedeleteicon(aredcross)abovethetable.
Adialogconfirmingtheactionisdisplayed.
4Click
OK.
Thearchivedreportispermanentlydeletedfromtheapplication.
