To view an archived report

Atablelistingallthearchivedreportsisdisplayed.

3ClicktheMicrosoftWorddocumenticontoviewthereportinthe.rtfformat.If
youwanttoviewthe
reportinthe.pdfformat,clicktheAdobePDFicon.Ifyouwanttoviewthereportinthe.csvformat,
clicktheMicrosoftExcelicon.
TheReportformatscreenisdisplayed.

3Clicktheschedulericon.
TheScheduleReportscreenisdisplayed.
4Entertherelevantvaluesforthefollowingschedulingparameters:
ReportCreationTime:Whenthereporthastobegenerated.
RecurrencePattern:Howoftenthereporthastobegenerated.
RangeofRecurrence:Tillwhenthereporthastobegeneratedperiodically.
