hierarchyandforentitiesinthehierarchy.Acostreportprovidesthefollowinginformation:
Reportsummary:Thissectionappearimmediatelybelowthereporttitleonthefirstpageofthereport.It
includesthenameanddescriptionofthereport,whichisprovidedwhilecreatingthereport.Thereport
summaryalsoincludesthebillingdate,whichisthereportgenerationdate,andthebillingperiod,
which
istheperiodforwhichtheresourcesarechargedandtheapplicablefixedcostsareconsidered.Thesection
alsoprovidesthetotalcostoftheentityonwhichthereportwasgenerated.
Costsummary:Thissectionspecifiesthecostmodelusedforcalculatingthecosts.Italsospecifiesthetotal
costfortheentityanditschildentities.Thetotalcostforanentityistherolled‐upcost.Thatis,thecosts
ofallthechildentitiesareconsideredwhilecalculatingthe
