Thecosttemplateisaddedtotheapplicationandisdisplayedinthe tablelistingthecreatedcosttemplates.
Modify a Cost Template
Afteracostmodeliscreated,youcanmodifyitasandwhenrequired.
To modify a cost template
1IntheManageCosttab,clickCostTemplate.
Atablelistingallthecosttemplatescreatedintheapplicationisdisplayed.
2 SelectthecosttemplatethatyouwanttomodifyandclickEdit.
TheCostTemplatescreen
isdisplayed.
3Modifytherequiredinformation.
YoucaneditgenericinformationsuchasnameanddescriptionintheGeneraltab.Tomodifytherate
factorsforthecomputingresources,selecttheRateFactorstabandmakethenecessarymodifications.You
canmodifytheglobalandlocalfixedcostsintheFixedCosts
tab.
4ClickSave.
Changesmadetoacosttemplatearenotautomaticallyreflectedontheentitiesonwhichthetemplateis
applied.Youmustexplicitlyreapplythetemplateontheentitiesforthechangestotakeeffect.
Delete a Cost Template
Invalidorunwantedcosttemplatescanberemovedfromtheapplication.
To delete a cost template
1IntheManageCosttab,clickCostTemplate.
Atablelistingallthecosttemplatescreatedintheapplicationisdisplayed.
2 Selectthecosttemplatethatyouwanttodelete,andclickDelete.
Adialogboxconfirmingtheactionis
displayed.
3ClickOK.
Thecosttemplate isdeletedfrom theapplicationand,consequently,fromthetablelistingthecosttemplates.

OTEAdurationvalueofMonthlyisequalto30days,Quarterlyisequalto91days,Half‐yearlyis
equalto182days,andYearlyisequalto365days.
NOTEThenameofthecosttemplateismandatoryinformationanddoesnothaveanydefaultvalues.
NOTEDeletingacosttemplatedoesnotremovetheentity‐specificcostsettingsappliedontheentitiesusing
thecosttemplate.
