Manage Report Template
Likemostreports,thechargebackreporthasmultiplesections,suchasHeader,Title,Body,andFooter.
The Titlesectionappearsonlyonthefirstpageofthereport.Thecontentsinthesesectionscanbemodifiedas
peryourrequirements.TheinformationintheBodysectionisdefinedwhengeneratingthereport.
TheHeader
sectionisthereportheaderthatappearsonallpagesexpectthefirst.TheFootersectionisthereportfooterthat
appearsonallthepages.
Theapplicationprovidesareporttemplatethatisusedbyallthegeneratedreports.Youcanconfigurethe
Header,Title,andFootersections
ofthereporttemplatetodisplayaspecificsetofinformation.
To configure the report template
1IntheSettingstab,clickReportTemplate.
2 SelectHeader.
TheHeadersectionofthereporttemplatedisplaysfoursub‐sections.
3 Selectasub‐sectionfromtheHeadersectionofthereporttemplate.
4 SelectanoptionfromtheHeaderSettingssection
todisplaytherequiredinformationintheselected
sub‐section.
Theavailableoptionsare:
Text:Thetextthatyouwantthereportheadertocontain.Forexample,thenameoftheorganization.
Image:Animagethatyouwanttheheadersectiontodisplay.Forinstance,thecompanylogo.
Ensure thattheimagesizedoesnotexceed1MB.
ReportName:Thenameofthereportenteredwhengeneratingthereport.
ReportDescription:Adescriptionofthereportprovidedwhengeneratingthereport.
None:(default)Noinformationisdisplayedinthissub‐sectioninthereport.
Repeatthissteptosettheinformationforeachsub‐sectionasrequired.
