To remove an LDAP server
1IntheSettingstab,clickGeneral.
2ClickRemoveintheLDAPSettingsection.
Adialogconfirmingtheactionisdisplayed.
3ClickOK.
Configure the SMTP Server Settings
YoumustconfiguretheSMTPserversettingsinvCenterChargebacktosendthegeneratedandarchivedcost
reportsthroughemail.
To configure the SMTP server settings
1IntheSettingstab,clickGeneral.
2ClickAddintheEmailSettingsection.
TheManageEmailServerscreenisdisplayed.
3EnterthefollowinginformationfortheSMTPserver:
ServerHostName:StaticIPaddressoftheSMTPserver.IftheseverdoesnothaveastaticIPaddress,
ensurethatyouprovidetheFQDN.
ServerPort:PortnumberonwhichtheSMTPserverislisteningforrequests.
SMTPAddress:Emailaddressthattheapplicationmustusetosendemails.
AuthenticationType:TypeofauthenticationtobeusedtoaccesstheSMTPserver.Thedefaultis
Anonymous.
UserName:Usernametobeusedforauthentication,ifauthenticationtypeisRequireLogin.
Password:Passwordfortheusernameprovidedabove.
4ClickAdd.
TheemailaddressprovidedisdisplayedintheEmailSettingsection.
IftheSMTPuseraccountpasswordischangedontheSMTPserver,youmustalsoreflectthischangein
vCenterChargeback.
AfterconfiguringtheSMTPserversettings,youcanchangethese
settingsanytime,providedyouhavethe
requiredprivileges.
To edit the SMTP server settings
1IntheSettingstab,clickGeneral.
2ClickEditintheEmailSettingsection.
TheManageEmailServerscreenisdisplayed.
3Modifytherequiredinformation.
4ClickEdit.
YoucanalsoremoveanexistingSMTPserverandaddanewone.

MPORTANTIfyouremoveanLDAPserver,thecorrespondingusersandgroupswillalsobedeletedfromthe
application.
