Reschedule Report Generation
Areportgenerationschedulecanbemodifiedtodefineanewschedule.
To change a report generation schedule
1IntheReportstab,clickScheduledReports.
Atablelistingallthereportgenerationschedulesisdisplayed.
2 Selecttherequiredreportschedulefromthetable.
3Clicktheschedulericonabovethetable.
TheScheduleReportscreenisdisplayed.
4Enterthe
relevantvaluesforthefollowingschedulingparameters:
ReportCreationTime:Whenthereporthastobegenerated.
RecurrencePattern:Howoftenthereporthastobegenerated.
RangeofRecurrence:Tillwhenthereporthastobegeneratedperiodically.
Toknowmoreabouttheseschedulingparameters,referto“SchedulingParameters”onpage 78.

Therevisedreportgenerationscheduleislistedinthetable.
Remove a Schedule
Anexistingandvalidreportgenerationschedulecanbedeletedfromtheapplication.
To remove a report generation schedule
1IntheReportstab,clickScheduledReports.
Atablelistingallthereportgenerationschedulesisdisplayed.
2 Selecttherequiredreportschedulefromthetable.
3Clickthedeleteicon(aredcross)abovethetable.
Adialogconfirming
theactionisdisplayed.
4ClickOK.
Thereportgenerationscheduleisremovedpermanentlyfromtheapplication.
