Delete a Fixed Cost
Youcandeleteinvalidorunwantedfixedcostsfromtheapplication.
To delete a fixed cost
1IntheManageCosttab,clickFixedCost.
Atablelistingallthefixedcostscreatedintheapplicationisdisplayed.
2 Selectthefixedcostthatyouwanttodelete,andclickDelete.
Adialogboxconfirmingtheactionis
displayed.
3ClickOK.
Thefixedcostisdeletedfromtheapplicationand,consequently,fromthetablelistingthefixedcosts.

Create a Cost Template
Entity‐specificcostconfiguration,suchastheratefactorsandfixedcosts,mustbedefinedontheentity.Ifyou
wanttoapplyastandardentity‐specificcostsettingonmorethanoneentity,youcancreateacosttemplate
thatcontainsthesesettings,andapplythesametotherequired
entities.
To create a cost template
1IntheManageCosttab,clickCostTemplate.
Atablelistingallthecosttemplatescreatedintheapplicationisdisplayed.
2ClickCreate.
TheCostTemplatescreenisdisplayed.
3EnterthefollowinginformationintheGeneraltab:
Name:Anameforthecosttemplate.Thecharacterlimitforthecosttemplatenameis255characters.
Description:Anoptionaldescriptionofthecosttemplatenotexceeding512charactersinlength.
CAUTIONDeletingafixedcostremovesitfromtheentitiesonwhichitwasconfiguredanddoesnotreflectin
areport.Onlyfixedcoststhatexistintheapplicationatthetimeofreportgenerationareincludedinthereport.
