Delete a Cost Model
Youcanremoveinvalidorunwantedcostmodelsfromtheapplication.
To delete a cost model
1IntheManageCosttab,clickCostModels.
Atablelistingallthecostmodelscreatedintheapplicationisdisplayed.
2 Selectthecostmodelthatyouwanttodelete,andclickDelete.
Adialogboxconfirmingtheactionis
displayed.
3ClickOK.
Thecostmodelisdeletedfromtheapplicationand,consequently,fromthetablelistingthecostmodels.

Create a Fixed Cost
Creatingfixedcostsenablesyoutodefinecoststhatmustbeuniformlychargedonalltheentitiesand
hierarchies.Thesecostscanincludeperiodicallychargedcostsandonetimecosts.
To create a fixed cost
1IntheManageCosttab,clickFixedCost.
Atablelistingallthefixedcostscreatedintheapplicationisdisplayed.
Youcanviewthedetailsofthe
fixedcostbyclickingtheplussign(+)intheDetailscolumnofthetable.Thedetailsincludethevalueof
thecost,thedurationindicatinghowoftenthecostischarged,andthetimeperiodforwhichthesetvalue
andduration
isvalidorapplicable.
2ClickCreate.
TheFixedCostscreenisdisplayed.
3EnterthefollowinginformationontheGeneraltab:
Name:Anameforthefixedcost.Thecharacterlimitforthefixedcostnameis255characters.
Description:Anoptionaldescriptionofthefixedcost.Thecharacterlimitforthedescriptionis512
characters.

OTEThenameofthecostmodelandthestartdatesaremandatoryinformationanddonothaveanydefault
values.
NOTETheDefaultChargebackCostModelcannotbedeleted.
CAUTIONIfacostmodelisdeleted,anyentity‐specificcostconfigurationdoneforthiscostmodelwillalsobe
deletedandtheinformationcannotberetrieved.
