Beforeyoubegin,makesurethatyouhavetheFreeBSD4.5installationCDoraccessto
theISOimagefile.
To install the missing FreeBSD library
1 Reboottheguestoperatingsystem.
2Intheguest,inanXterminal,enterthefollowingcommandtostartthe
VMware Toolscontrolpanel:
vmware-toolbox &
Ifthefollowingerrormessageappears,therequiredlibrarywasnotinstalled:
Shared object 'libc.so.3' not found.
3InsertandmounttheFreeBSD4.5installationCDoraccesstheISOimagefile.
