To create a role
1FromtheVIWebAccessmenubar,
selectAdministration>ManageRoles.
2Enteranamefortherole.
Thereisnowaytoenteradescriptionfortherole.Adescriptionfortheroleis
automaticallycreated,butitisidenticaltotherolename.Enteradescriptivename
foreachroletohelpidentifyit.
3Inthe
Privilegestree,selecttheprivilegestoincludeintherole.Expandthetreeas
necessarytoviewtheprivilegesineachcategory.
4ClickOK.
Theroleiscreated.
