2 Click the Detached tab.

Select the persistent disk.
4 Click Delete.
5 Choose whether to delete the disk from the datastore or let it remain on the datastore after it is removed
from View Manager.
Option Description
Delete from disk
After the deletion, the persistent disk no longer exists.
Delete from View Manager only
After the deletion, the persistent disk is no longer accessible in View Manager
but remains on the datastore.
