BothuserinterfacesenableyoutofixalimitedsetofACEinstanceproblems,suchasreactivatinganinstance,
changingtheinstance’sexpiration

BecausetheVMwareACEHelpDeskisabrowser‐basedapplication,youcanuseitoncomputersthatdonot
haveWorkstationinstalled.TheHelpDeskalsoallowsyoutocreatearestrictedhelpdeskrole.Users

rolecanfixalimitedsetofproblemsreportedbyendusers,buttheycannotchangeconfigurationsettingsfor
theACEManagementServer.
