OnaWindowshost,navigatetothelocationoftheserver.crtfileand
double‐clickthefilename.
OnaLinuxhost,usethefollowingcommand:
openssl x509 -in /var/lib/vmware/acesc/ssl/server.crt -text
Toreplaceanexpiredcertificate,see“PrepareCustomSecurityCertificates”on
page 44.Donotmodifycertificatestomakethempermanent.

IfyouplantouseActiveDirectoryintegration(usingLDAP),anexternaldatabase,or
customSSLcertificates,youmustperformsomesetuptasksbeforeconfiguringthe
ACEManagementServer.See“PrerequisitesforConfiguringtheServer”onpage 37.
