To add a custom column
1Right‐clickanywhereinthecolumnheadingrowandchooseAddCustom
Column.TheCustomColumnNamedialogboxappears.
2TypeanameforthenewcolumnintheNametextboxandclickOK.
To delete a custom column
Right‐clickonthecolumnheaderforthecustomcolumnandchooseDeleteColumn
sfromthecontextmenu.
To edit a custom-column name
1Right‐clickonthecolumnheaderforthecustomcolumnandchooseEditTitle
fromthecontextmenu.
2TypethenewnameintheNamefieldoftheCustomColumnNamedialogboxand
clickOK.
Changing the Sort Order of the Instances Table
Youcanchangethesortorderfortherowsintheinstancestable.
To change the column sort order
Chooseeitherof:
Clickthecolumnheadingforthecolumnyouwanttosortby.Anarrowappearsat
therightofthecolumnheadingcell,showingwhethersortingiscurrently
ascendingordescending.Clickagaintoreversetheorder.
Right‐clickthecolumnheadingandchooseSort.
NOTEIfyouhaveaddedninecustomcolumns,theAddCustomcommandinthe
right‐clickmenuisdimmedandyoucan’tselectit.Youmustdeleteoneofthenine
existingcustomcolumnsbeforeyoucanaddanotherone.
