Reset the Instance Expiration Date
YoucanresettheexpirationdatebyselectingordeselectingUsethedaterange
specifiedfortheACEmaster,typinginValidFromandValidUntildates,and
selectingordeselectingNeverexpire.YoumustclicktheSavebuttonintheupperleft
ofthepagetoinstitutethechanged
expirationdate.
Change the Copy Protection ID
YoucanchangethecopyprotectionIDtoallowtheusertorunamovedorcopied
instance.SelectthealphanumericstringintheCopyProtectionIDboxandreplaceit
withthenewcopyprotectionID(generally,theusersendsyouarequesttoallowa
movedorcopiedinstance
torunandincludesthenewIDinthatrequestmessage).
TheCopyProtectionIDfieldisalwaysactive,soyoucanchangetheIDwheneveryou
want.
YoumustclicktheSavebuttonintheupperleftofthepagetoinstitutethechangedID.
Reset the Password
Ifthisisaninstancethathasanauthentication(user‐specified)password,youcanreset
thepasswordbyclickingResetPasswordandthenspecifyinganewpassword.Ensure

networkaccess.
CAUTIONIfyouenterachangeintheCopyProtectionIDfieldforanactiveinstance,a
warningappearstoletyouknowthatifyouchangetheID,theoriginalinstancewillno
longerrun.
