HelpdeskassistantscanaccesstheACEinstancethroughtheVMwareHelpDesk
Web
applicationandcanfixjustalimitedsetofACEinstanceproblems,suchasreactivating
aninstance,changingtheinstance’sexpirationdate,orresettingtheuserpasswordif
theuserhaslostorforgottenit.

onpage78forinformationfordetails)andchooseEnableHelpDeskRoleonthe

ManagementServer.ClicktheHelpDesklinkonthepage.
OnLinux:Openabrowserandpointittohttps://<hostname>:8000.Clickthe
HelpDesklinkonthepage.
TheVMwareHelpDeskopenstotheInstancespage,whichcontainsasummarytable
ofalltheinstancesmanagedbythatserver.
