WhenyoucreateanewACEmasterthatyouwilluseittocreateaPocketACEpackage,
makesurethattheremovabledeviceyouintendtousetostoreyourPocketACEhas
enoughspacetostorethevirtualdisk’stotalcapacity,memory,andapproximately
300MBforoverhead.Whena
PocketACEpackageisdeployedtoaremovabledevice,
thevirtualdiskispreallocatedtothefullcapacityforenhancedperformance.

YoucanpackageanyACEmasterforaportabledevice,ifthedevicehasenoughspace
toholdthefiles.SelectACE>NewPocketACEPackageorclickCreateNewPocket

createanyofthesepoliciesforanACEmasterandthenattempttocreateaPocketACE
packagewiththatACEmaster,thepackagewillbecreatedbutthepolicywillnotbe
includedinthe
package.
Inaddition,administratorsarenotabletoreverttoreimagesnapshotswhenrunninga
PocketACEinadministratormodeinVMwarePlayer.
TocreateanupdatepackageforadeployedPocketACE,usetheNewPackageWizard
andselecttheUpdatepackagetypeinthatwizard.
Ifyouenablearestricted
hostpolicyoranyoptionsinthesnapshotpolicy,those
settingsareignoredwhentheupdatepackageiscreated.
