filesarecopiedintothedirectory,encryptedifneeded,and,if
specifiedinthe
packagedistributionsetup,divideduptobeputonmedia.
bThemasterrevertstothesnapshot,andthenthesnapshotisdeleted.
cTheinstallerfilesarecopiedintothepackagedirectory.

connecttotheVPNserver.Then
themachineisjoinedtothedomain.
10 Formanagedinstances,instancecustomizationisreportedtotheserverifitis
successful.
Remotedomainjoinrequiresthatyouperformsomeadditionalstepsbeyondthose

OTEIftheguestoperatingsystemdoesnotshutdown,theproblemmightbe
thattheSyspreptoolswerenotinplace.Iftheguestoperatingsystemfailstoshut
downpromptly—afterapproximately10minutes,generally—theoperationis
cancelledandanerrormessagetellsyouthatinstancecustomizationfailed.See
