To set the policy update frequency

mustconnecttotheserverandretrieveanyupdatedpolicies.

serverwhileitisbeingusedsothatpolicyupdatesaretransmittedtothe
instanceattheupdatefrequencyrate(defaultsettingisfiveminutes).
