Installing Application Software
If you plan to distribute application software in the virtual machine, be sure the
correct software is installed.
You may install application software in the virtual machine just as you would on a
physical computer — using a CD or an installer file on a network server, for example.
If you are installing from a file on the network, you may need to change the
networking configuration of the virtual machine or network settings of the guest
operating system in order to navigate to the installer file. If you need to make such
changes, be sure to reconfigure the settings as needed after you finish installing the
application software.
