Troubleshooting
Coffee
Bitter / Too Strong
Coffee setting may be too high decrease the coffee setting.
TOP PAUSE setting may be too high decrease theTOP PAUSE” setting.
Brewer may require a thorough cleaning clean the brewer.
Coffee may be stale or not within specifications replace coffee.
Coffee blend may be too strong replace the blend.
Water filter may need to be replaced.
Water tank may need to be delimed.
Too Weak
Ingredient dispenser may be empty refill the dispenser with coffee.
Coffee setting may be too low increase the coffee setting.
Water temperature setting may be too low increase the temperature.
Coffee may be stale or not within specifications replace coffee.
Coffee blend may be too mild replace the blend.
Increase
TOP PAUSE” to increase the strength of the coffee.
Ingredient dispenser may not be coupled properly with the motor remove
dispenser and re-install it, making certain it is coupled with the motor.
Short Cup Dispensed
Water setting may be too low increase the water setting.
Water tank may not be filling quickly enough verify main water pressure, hoses
and inlet valve.
Water filter may be clogged replace water filter.
If a self-piercing saddle valve was used to tap into the water supply, the valve may
have an obstruction close and open the valve.
Brewer may be leaking or flooding verify the brewer operation and repair, if
necessary.
Outlet valve may be defective repair or replace outlet valve
(P/N - M029082).
No Product Dispensed
Ingredient dispenser may be empty refill the dispenser with coffee.
Coffee setting may be set too low increase the coffee setting.
Wiring may not be connected to the dispenser motor verify the wiring.
Dispenser motor may be defective replace dispenser motor
(P/N - C110043).
Ingredient dispenser may no be coupled properly with the motor remove
dispenser and re-install it, making certain it is coupled with the motor.
Rear board may be defective replace the rear board
(P/N - G410232MIO).
