4. Advanced Pairwise Settings
4a. When Off is selected, only the basic
parameters for Pairwise Analysis are
available.
4b. When On is selected for Advanced
Pairwise Settings, the pairwise
analysis screen will include these
additional parameters:
• Data Transformation- the ability
to log transform or account for
data already log transformed
• Upper- maximum threshold for
expression
• Correction- The Bonferroni,
Holm, BH and maxT statistical
corrections for multiple testing
