Export
GeneSifter offers the ability to export data
in a format compatible with several other
packages including: EPClust, Cluster,
and GeneSpring. EPClust is a web-
based clustering tool that allows the user
to submit data over the Internet. Cluster
is a desktop application that is freely
available. Exporting to these packages is
only available within Project Analysis.
From the initial project analysis screen:
1. Select Export from the upper right
corner.
