Cluster Genes
Hierarchical Clustering of Genes
Hierarchical cluster analysis can be
used to group genes together based on
their expression profiles.

1. Select the Cluster: Genes link.
This option is available for any
gene list generated in ‘Project
Analysis’.
2. A new browser window will open
containing the heat map and
dendrogram of clustered genes. A
heat map view of the whole gene
list is displayed at the top of the
screen.
