3. When the cluster analysis is
completed a series of graphs will be
displayed. These graphs represent
the expression profile for the gene that
is the center of that cluster. Individual
genes within the cluster have similar
expression profiles, which are
centered around the profile shown.
An average silhouette width is
calculated for the entire dataset and
this number can guide the user in
selection of cluster number.
4. The number of genes in a given cluster
is displayed below the graph for that
cluster. Select the graph for a
particular cluster to view information
about the genes in that cluster.
5. A heatmap figure summarizing the
expression profiles for genes in the
selected cluster will be displayed.
