LLC Card
Replacement
1. Remove the LLC card from its static-protected shipping bag.
2. Insert the LLC card into the lower alignment pin and pivot the card to your left to align the card
with the plate.
3. Refer to Figure 1-6 on page 1-25 and make sure that the jumpers on the replacement card match
those of the card you removed.
CAUTION:
Component damage: Make sure that you do not insert a screw into the hole near
component U340 (callout 5 in Figure 1-6 on page 1-25).
4. Insert and tighten the 11 T10 screws.
5. Tilt the LLC card into the library and attach the operator panel connector (J29) first.
6. Refer to Figure 1-7 on page 1-26 and attach all remaining connectors to the LLC card.
7. Loosely attach the LLC card to the library frame, using the four T15 screws.
