Load Configuration from file... opens a previously saved configuration file or zone
configuration file. Make sure you click Apply ALL if you want to download this
configuration information to the hub.
Save Configuration to file... saves the configuration information shown in the
Configure Hub dialog box (all tabs) to a file.
Save Zone Configuration to file... saves the zoning configuration information shown
in the Configure Hub dialog box (Zoning tab and zoning-specific policies only) to a
file.
All device configuration files are saved to the appropriate vendor directory in*:
• (Windows)
C:\SANView\SIFileSystemRoot\deviceconf\
• (UNIX) /opt/SANView/SIFileSystemRoot/
deviceconf/
*Files are located on the Softek SANView Server system. The listed locations assume
that the default installation directory for Softek SANView was accepted and that
Softek SANView’s Root Directory parameter is unchanged. (By default, Softek
SANView’s Root Directory is named “SIFileSystemRoot” and is placed inside the
accepted installation directory.)
Help Menu
The Help menu contains two options: Contents for online help display and About for
system and version information.
