Blend: Use blend method to
perform de-interlace.

1 is minimum and 128 is

*Note: Saving value between -5~+5 to “brightness” will save its corresponding value to “brightnesspercent”
automatically, and then the value of
“brightness” will be set back to 100 to take effect..
