When using a PoE-enabled switch
The Network Camera is PoE-compliant, allowing transmission of power and data via a single Eth-
ernet cable. Follow the below illustration to connect the Network Camera to a PoE-enabled switch
via Ethernet cable.

1. Connect RJ45 Ethernet cable to a switch.
Use a Category 5 Cross Cable when your
network camera is directly connected to PC.
2. Connect either the DC or AC cables from
the terminal block. The IO cables are user-
supplied.

General Connection (without PoE)
1. This equipment is only to be connected to PoE
networks without routing to outside plants.
2. For PoE input connections, use only UL listed I.T.E.
with PoE output.

1. The DC power adaptor, if used, should
comply with: O/P: 12V DC, 1.5A min.,
L.P.S. certied.
2. Pin #3 & 4 AC 24V as alternate power are
for indoor use only
