video quality of ROI is better than the
non-ROI areas. The level is from 1 to
5. Level 5 is the maximum level of the
quality difference between the ROI
and non-ROI areas.
If the value is a negative number, the
video quality of non-ROI areas is
better than the ROI. The level is from
-1 to -5. Level -5 is the maximum level
of the quality difference between the
ROI and non-ROI areas.
