WARRANTY
WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - All goods are warranted by the Seller to be free from defects in material and workmanship as follows:
Hammocks and Hammock Chairs
Twelve (12) months from date of purchase
Hammock Stands
Twelve (12) months from date of purchase
Hammock Accessories
Twelve (12) months from date of purchase
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO GOODS WHICH ARE MISUSED, OR ABUSED, OR DAMAGED FROM SETUP OR ASSEMBLAGE, OR NOT USED
IN ACCORDANCE WITH SELLER’S INSTRUCTIONS. NORMAL WEAR OF GOODS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS WARRANTY. Goods not manufactured
by the Seller but supplied through the Seller shall carry the warranty of the original manufacturer. THE SELLER’S SOLE LIABILITY UNDER THIS
WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACING WITHOUT CHARGE, OR AT SELLER’S OPTION, REFUNDING THE PURCHASE PRICE. THE SELLER
SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DIRECT OR ANY SPECIAL INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND UNDER THIS
CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE. The warranties of the Seller do not cover, and the Seller makes no warranty with respect to any defect, failure,
deficiency, or error which is: (a) Not timely reported to the Seller; or (b) Due to modification, disassembly or abnormal conditions of
temperature. All claims must be brought within one (1) year of sale or identification of a defect. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED.

ESTA GARANTÍA NO SE APLICA A LAS MERCADERÍAS QUE HAYAN SIDO MAL UTILIZADAS, SOBREEXIGIDAS O DAÑADAS EN EL MONTAJE DE
INSTALACIÓN O EL ENSAMBLADO O QUE NO HAYAN SIDO UTILIZADAS SIGUIENDO LAS INSTRUCCIONES DEL VENDEDOR. EL DESGASTE NORMAL
DE LAS MERCADERÍAS NO ESTÁ INCLUIDO EN LA PRESENTE GARANTÍA. Las mercaderías que no hayan sido fabricadas por el vendedor, sino
provistas por el vendedor deben contar con la garantía del fabricante original. EN VIRTUD DE ESTA GARANTÍA, LA RESPONSABILIDAD DEL
VENDEDOR SE LIMITARÁ A REEMPLAZAR LA MERCADERÍA SIN CARGO ALGUNO. EL VENDEDOR TAMBIÉN PODRÁ OPTAR POR REEMBOLSAR EL
PRECIO DE COMPRA. EL VENDEDOR NO ASUME RESPONSABILIDAD ALGUNA DIRECTA, INDIRECTA O DERIVADA DE DAÑOS DE CUALQUIER TIPO
EN VIRTUD DE ESTE CONTRATO O POR CIRCUNSTANCIAS AJENAS AL MISMO. La garantía del vendedor no cubre y el vendedor no ofrece
ninguna garantía en lo relativo a una falla o defecto que: a) no sea señalado a tiempo al vendedor; o b) se deba a la modificación, el
desensamblado o condiciones anormales de temperatura. Los reclamos deberán ser remitidos dentro del plazo de 1 año después de la venta o

D'INSTALLATION OU D'ASSEMBLAGE OU NON UTILISÉS CONFORMÉMENT AUX INSTRUCTIONS DU VENDEUR. UNE USURE NORMALE DES
MARCHANDISES N'EST PAS INCLUSE DANS LA PRÉSENTE GARANTIE. Marchandises non fabriqués par le vendeur, mais fourni par le vendeur
doivent effectuer la garantie du fabricant original. LA RESPONSABILITÉ DU VENDEUR UNIQUE EN VERTU DE CETTE GARANTIE EST LIMITÉE À UN
