Updating base station firmware via Bluetooth
1. From your computer, open the SteamVR app.
2. If the Bluetooth driver for the link box needs to be updated, click Settings
Bluetooth Update Bluetooth driver.
After installing the Bluetooth driver, restart the computer and relaunch the SteamVR app.
3. Click Settings Bluetooth Enable Bluetooth communication.
4. Do one of the following:
§ Click Devices. Click Update Firmware, and then select the base stations.
§ If you see the icon, mouse over it to check if the firmware is out of date. If so, click
Update base station firmware.
5. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the process.
Do not unplug the power cable any time before the firmware update is complete. Doing so
could result in a firmware error.
