4 Data Logging
The Splash Screen download area
To create your startup screen, rst, click on the “Open” button. Now browse your les to select the picture to use as the start-up
screen. The compatible le formats are .jpg, .bmp, .png, and .gif.
The start-up screen will be displayed in the application.
The Download button can be used to set the splash screen immediately, or the image can be sent to the locator along with the
rest of the conguration by pressing the Write Conguration button.
To remove a start-up screen and revert to the default Vivax-Metrotech screen, click on the “Clear” button and download the
cleared screen.
