Firstly put the power switch to “ON” position. Secondly wet the conductor steel disc and your neck with a damp towel. 2. Thirdly put the massager close to the neck. Please use on clean skin. 3. Push the power button “begin” and the instrument buzzer will make a “click” sound. The power indicator lights up and the massager starts to work.
