Changing call restriction password

Auto answer enables to inform of caller with default voice when the person being called is not nearby.
Voice priority is used to encrypt the voice data.

To set up CSP
CSP: long distance code to be inserted in long distance calls. If you enable a carrier selection code,
this code will be inserted to the long distance calling number which originate from the phone.
