4. Backup
Recorded data can be backed up on a USB Flash memory stick. Select either the Backup or Clip Copy option during Search or Live mode.
4-1. Backup
In BACKUP, the recorded data can be selected to backup to a USB device.
Press USB Device to select the type of USB Device that is connected to the system.
Select the date & time period of the data to be backed up using the button.
Select the Camera number to be backed up or select „All‟ to backup all the data recorded during the selected period. To back up recorded
audio and video data, select Audio.
Status shows the capacity of the device being prepared for backup, and it will show the backup progress during backup.
The files saved (backup) in DVRMediaPlayer (.exe) format allow for multi camera backup and the files do not require any specific codec for
playback on a PC. To open and play a file saved in DVRMediaPlayer (.exe), double click the file and it will automatically be played on the
Internet Explorer window. This function is supported only on Internet Explorer 7.0 or above.
Note : The backup process may be slowed down if the system is being monitored
Note: “DO NOT remove the back up media while the data backup is being processed. It may cause critical damage to either
the media or the system.”
Note : During the CD or DVD back up, the ODD door may open and close. Please do not remove the CD or DVD during the back up process
until it has completely finished.
