Useful tips
Before the first use, clean the cooking surfaces with detergent. After cleaning and drying put
them into the appliance and pre-heat for 10 minutes.
It is normal to have asmall amount of smoke or aslight odor at the beginning of use
Please use only the original accessories of this product.
Name of parts Function
1 Control panel Set temperature, time, function; Start/Cancel, etc.
2 Vent hole Ventilation hole for discharging hot air and steam. Can
be disassembled and cleaned.
3 Glass lid Use to close the space of the fryer and observe the
cooking state of the food.
4 Lid sealing ring Use to seal the heat and steam in the inner pot to
prevent heat loss and steam leakage. The sealing ring
can be removed and cleaned.
5 Water tank Used for containing operating water. Be sure to use
only pure water.
6 Water receiver Use for collecting condensate water.
7 Steam inlet Transfer steam to steam nozzle.
8 Frying/grilling grid Use to contain food and place it in the fryer.
9 Grill foot pad Use to improve the stability of the grill placement and
avoid friction between the grill and the fryer.
10 Steam spray head Transfer steam to the fryer.
11 Fryer handle For manipulating the fryer.
12 Container Use to place the grid.
