“E06” Failed to draw water. Check whether or not there is
enough water in the water tank, and
re-plug the water tank to ensure
the installation is in place. If it still
alarms E06, send it to G21 Authorized
Service for repair.
“E07” The circuit board
communication is abnormal.
Contact G21 Authorized Service.
“E11” Reminder that the lid is open
in the working process.
Cover opening alarm in the working
process is areminder that the
cover is open, which is anormal
phenomenon and closing the cover
can cancel the alarm.
“E12” Water shortage in water tank. Add pure water of rated capacity to
the water tank.
The water tank is not plugged
in tightly.
Insert the water tank into the machine
completely until tightly buckled.
Water pump damage. Contact G21 Authorized Service.
