Checking Device Battery Level
To check the VistaTablet or VistaPhone battery level, look
at the battery indicator in the status bar (see gures to
the right). Donotletthebatteryrunout. When the
battery is low, the device will sound a warning tone and
then turn o.If this occurs, charge the device before
turning it on again.
Checking VitalPatch Hours
EachVitalPatchwilllastupto5days(120hours)or7
days(168hours),dependingonmodel.
To check how many hours are remaining on your
VitalPatch, looks for the “hours remaining” display on the
dashboard. The location of the display will vary
depending on the device and feature set.
When the VitalPatch has only a few hours remaining, you
will see warnings on the VistaPoint dashboard. Replace
the VitalPatch before it expires.

Returning the Device
After your monitoring period is complete, return the
monitoring equipment to your care provider as soon as
possible. Failure to return may result in additional
charges for monitoring services.
The monitoring equipment includes the following:
• VistaTablet or VistaPhone
• USB charger and charging cable
• Unused VitalPatch biosensors
• Optional devices for measuring oxygen saturation,
blood pressure, or weight.
Do not return alcohol wipes, adhesive removal pads, or
used VitalPatch biosensors.
